- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 16 oz. can sliced beets, drained
Directions

1Mix sugar and flour together, add vinegar.

2Mix well.

3Cook on stove top until mixture becomes clear, stirring constantly.

4Add drained beets and turn in sauce until coated with mixture.

5Simmer approximately 30 minutes, turning beets several times.
