- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. beet liquid
- 2 tsp. flour
- salt
Directions

1In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.

2Add sugar and flour to saucepan.

3Stir in vinegar and beet liquid until there are no lumps.

4Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
