  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. nut meats
  • 2 tsp. soda

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Mix apples and sugar; let set 1 hour.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Beat well into apple and sugar mixture.

    Bake in large tube pan or 3 small loaf pans about 1 hour at 325°.

    Can be frozen and kept for quite awhile.
