- 32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 medium onion, diced fine
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until soft.

2Stir in soup and sour cream.

3Pour over potatoes and Cheddar cheese.

4Stir until blended.

5Pour into well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

7Can use 7 to 8 large cubed and cooked real potatoes.
