  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 medium onion, diced fine
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Saute onion in butter until soft.

    Stir in soup and sour cream.

    Pour over potatoes and Cheddar cheese.

    Stir until blended.

    Pour into well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    Can use 7 to 8 large cubed and cooked real potatoes.
