- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small bag stuffing mix
- 1 stick butter

1Mix all ingredients and set aside.

2Preheat oven to 350°. Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with 1 small bag of stuffing and 1/2 cup water.
