  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (3 1/2 or 3 3/4 oz. size)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. vodka
  • 1/4 c. Galliano
  • 3/4 c. orange juice

    Mix together in a bowl; beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes.

    Pour into well-greased, lightly floured Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, then let cool for 40 to 45 minutes. After it is done, sift powdered sugar all over it.
