- 3/4 cup bacon pieces, fried until crisp
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 round rolls
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 4 eggs, fried until crisp
Directions

1Combine Philly*, bacon, parsley, salt and pepper.

2Toast rolls until golden brown.

3Spread bases with tomato paste and top with Philly* mixture.

4Top with fried eggs and replace lid.
