  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup bacon pieces, fried until crisp
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 round rolls
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 4 eggs, fried until crisp

Directions

    Combine Philly*, bacon, parsley, salt and pepper.

    Toast rolls until golden brown.

    Spread bases with tomato paste and top with Philly* mixture.

    Top with fried eggs and replace lid.
