  • 1/2 c. chopped canned meat (your choice)
  • 3 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. fat from meat can
  • 1 c. broth, milk or water
  • salt and pepper to suit taste

Directions

    Cook onion slowly in fat for about 5 minutes.

    Add potatoes, meat, salt, pepper and broth.

    Continue cooking until potatoes are done.

    If necessary, add extra liquid to keep mixture from burning.

    Stir occasionally.
