- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. bacon pieces
- sprinkle of parsley
- 1 c. cornflakes or cracker crumbs
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except cornflake crumbs and some cheese. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle with reserved cheese and crumbs.

3Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes, uncovered.
