  • 1 large bag hash browns
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper
  • toasted bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix oleo with soup; cool.

    Add sour cream.

    Combine potatoes, cheese and onion, then mix with soup mix and salt and pepper. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Dot top with butter and crumbs. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
