- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. diced ham (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Melt butter. Cool slightly.

2Mix with sour cream, Cheddar cheese, soups, ham, hash browns and seasonings.

3Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5In frypan, melt 1/2 stick butter.

6Mix with 1 1/2 cups croutons and stir until brown. Spread over potatoes.

7Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
