  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 5 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. diced ham

Directions
