  • 4 pkg. hash browns, thawed
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 lb. Velveeta

Directions

    Combine Cheddar cheese, half and half, Velveeta and margarine in a saucepan.

    Warm over medium heat until melted.

    Place hash browns in a casserole dish and pour the melted mixture over them. Let the dish set for 1 hour and then bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
