- 4 pkg. hash browns, thawed
- 1 pt. half and half
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 lb. Velveeta
Directions

1Combine Cheddar cheese, half and half, Velveeta and margarine in a saucepan.

2Warm over medium heat until melted.

3Place hash browns in a casserole dish and pour the melted mixture over them. Let the dish set for 1 hour and then bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
