  • 1 (22 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. melted oleo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 c. corn flakes, slightly crushed

Directions

    Combine hash browns, 1/2 cup oleo, soup, cheese and onions. Spread evenly into 10 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

    Top with crushed corn flakes.

    Spoon remaining oleo over top . Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
