  • 2 lb. bag hash brown frozen potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 2/3 c. melted oleo
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix together in large bowl.

    Pour into ungreased 13 x 9-inch dish.

    Melt 1/3 cup oleo.

    Mix with 2 cups corn flakes and pour over top of potatoes.

    (Oleo all together equals 2 sticks, melted.)

    Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
