  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions
