  • 1 pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 large finely chopped onion
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients thoroughly and place into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Press firmly. Add seasoned bread crumbs on top and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
