- 1 pkg. diced hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together in a large bowl the hash browns, soup, sour cream, 3/4 of the melted margarine, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.

2Pour into a 9 x 11-inch glass Pyrex dish.

3Mix the remaining margarine with the corn flakes and top the hash brown mixture.

4Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
