- 16 oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Thaw potatoes, melt 1/4 cup margarine, add salt, pepper, onion, chicken soup, sour cream and cheese to butter.

2Stir; fold in potatoes, spread mixture in greased 2-quart casserole.

3Mix corn flakes in 1/4 cup melted butter.

4Pour over top of mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
