  • 16 oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. corn flakes
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Thaw potatoes, melt 1/4 cup margarine, add salt, pepper, onion, chicken soup, sour cream and cheese to butter.

    Stir; fold in potatoes, spread mixture in greased 2-quart casserole.

    Mix corn flakes in 1/4 cup melted butter.

    Pour over top of mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
