  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Defrost hash browns. Combine next 7 ingredients. Mix with hash browns. Put all in 3-quart casserole dish. Saut cornflakes in 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
