- 2 c. shredded yellow cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup melted butter, salt and pepper.

2Mix well.

3Fold in hash browns.

4Pour mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Toss together corn flake crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown and potatoes are tender.

7Makes about 10 servings.
