- About 1 cup orange juice
- About 1 cup frozen fruit (mixed assorted berries and peaches)
- 1/2 cold ripe banana
- A few spoonfuls of a favorite yogurt
- Some drained silken tofu
Directions

1Whirl the orange juice and frozen fruit in a blender until smooth and thick.

2If too thick, thin with more juice and, if too thin, add a few more pieces of frozen fruit.

3For a more fortified smoothie, blend in the banana, some of your favorite yogurt, or some drained silken tofu.

4Serve right away.
