  • 12 hash brown patties, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. Corn Flakes, crushed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except Corn Flakes in a large bowl.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.

    Sprinkle on Corn Flakes and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
