  • 32 oz. shredded hash browns
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 12 oz. American cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

    Place hash browns in bottom of casserole pan.

    Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup butter, cheese, onion and soup together.

    Spread over top of hash browns.
  4. 4
    Crush corn flakes and sprinkle over top of mixture.

    Pour the other 1/2 cup melted butter over top of everything.

    Cook uncovered for about 45 minutes at 350°.
