- 32 oz. shredded hash browns
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 12 oz. American cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions

1Place hash browns in bottom of casserole pan.

2Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup butter, cheese, onion and soup together.

3Spread over top of hash browns.

4Crush corn flakes and sprinkle over top of mixture.

5Pour the other 1/2 cup melted butter over top of everything.

6Cook uncovered for about 45 minutes at 350°.
