- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 2 lb. pkg. hash browns
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onion, pepper, salt and pepper.

2Drain. Spray baking dish with Pam.

3Place a layer of meat, then a layer of hash browns; repeat layers.

4Spoon soup over the top.

5Place in oven at 350° for 20 minutes or until soup bubbles.

6Place cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes.
