- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups grated cheddar
Directions

1Place potatoes in a greased 9 X13 pan, season with salt and pepper.

2In a bowl, combine onions, soup and sour cream.

3Pour over top of hash browns.

4Sprinkle with cheese and pour melted margarine over top.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
