- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients together real well.

2Fold in hash browns which have been partially thawed.

3Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

4Top with 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1 stick melted margarine.

5Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°.
