  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients together real well.

    Fold in hash browns which have been partially thawed.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Top with 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1 stick melted margarine.

    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°.
