- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) Condensed Cream of Potato soup, undiluted
- 1 cup (8 oz) Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Pkg (2 lbs) Frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1In a very large bowl combine soup, sour cream and garlic salt.

2Add potatoes and Cheddar Cheese and mix well.

3Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan.

4Top with Grated Parmesan Cheese and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

5Yields 10 - 12 servings.
