  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken with mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. grated Velveeta
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions

    Place hash browns in casserole.

    Mix together soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and 1/2 butter.

    Pour over potatoes.

    Top with corn flakes and drizzle butter over the top.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
