  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. square hash browns, thawed
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix thawed hash browns and melted, room temperature butter. Then add cream of mushroom soup. Add onion powder and salt. Add sour cream and 3 cups grated cheese. Spread in 9 x 13 glass dish. Top with 1 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
