- 32 oz. hash brown potatoes
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 12 oz. American cheese, shredded
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Place hash brown potatoes in casserole dish.

2Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion and cheese well.

3Pour over potatoes.

4Sprinkle with corn flakes, then pour margarine over top.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
