- 2 lb. frozen country style hash browns
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 sticks butter or oleo
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, minus 1 stick butter.

2Pour into buttered pan.

3Cut up 6 to 8 pieces of bread, melt the other stick of butter in skillet and add bread cubes to melted butter.

4When bread has soaked up butter, put it on top when the rest is almost done, so it doesn't get too brown.
