  • 8 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans potato soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour in 9 x 13-inch dish. Refrigerate overnight.

    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven.
