- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, divided
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen hash browns
- corn flakes
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Melt VELVEETA, 1 stick of the butter and soup in saucepan on low heat.

3Mix well.

4Put hash browns in 13x9-inch baking pan.

5Pour VELVEETA mixture over potatoes.

6Crush corn flakes into small pieces.

7Melt remaining stick of butter.

8Mix butter and crushed corn flakes.

9Spread corn flake mixture on top of potatoes.

10Bake 40 to 45 minutes.

11(Crushed potato chips can be used in place of corn flakes.)
