  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 2 cans soup (cream of celery, mushroom or potato)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
