- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- dash of paprika
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine hash browns, bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and salt.

2Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

3In bowl, beat eggs and milk until smooth; pour over hash brown mixture.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes until golden.

6Top with remaining cheese.
