- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons commercial sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed potatoes (be sure they are thawed well), sour cream, onion, soup and cheese.

2Spoon into a large, buttered baking dish.

3Sprinkle buttered corn flake crumbs on top of each.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

5Yields 12 to 16 servings.
