Ingredients

  • 1 bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/4 lb. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Mix all together except last two ingredients.

    Place in greased casserole. Cover with cubed Cheddar cheese.

    Top with crushed corn flakes.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
