  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Salt and pepper hash browns and put aside.

    Mix remaining ingredients and mix with potatoes.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes covered and then for 20 minutes uncovered.
