- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
- 1 can onion rings, dried
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 lb. oleo (1 stick)
Directions

1Grease glass 9 x 13-inch pan with oleo; put in partially thawed potatoes.

2Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.

3Melt oleo and pour over top.

4Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Remove foil.

6Crumble onion rings over top and brown 5 to 10 minutes.
