- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. onion, sliced
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 1/4 sticks butter, melted
- 1 c. Wheaties
Directions

1Separate Wheaties and butter into two portions.

2Reserve 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese also.

3Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, garlic powder, 1/2 of Wheaties and butter.

4Pour into casserole.

5Top with remaining 1/2 Wheaties and 1/2 Cheddar cheese.

6Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
