- 3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 c. meat (optional)
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2Press onto bottom and sides of ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

3Drizzle with butter.

4Bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Combine meat, cheese and green pepper.

5Spoon over crust.

6In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

7Pour top.

8Reduce heat to 350°.

9Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
