- 3 cups hash brown potatoes
- 13 cup butter melted
- 4 ounces pepper jack cheese shredded
- 6 ounces ham cooked
- 4 ounces gouda cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup light cream (half&half)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions

1Press hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture.

2Press hash browns into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.

3Drizzle melted butter over crust.

4Bake in a 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
