  • 3 cups frozen loose-pack shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup diced ham, sausage, bacon (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 14 cup diced green pepper
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Press hashbrowns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate.

    Drizzle with butter.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

    Combine ham, cheese, onion, pepper; spoon over crust.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over all.

    Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 25-30 minutes or until center is done.

    Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
