  • 4 strips bacon
  • 4 green onions
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Cook bacon and put aside.

    Cut potatoes in small pieces and cut onions in small pieces.

    Crumble bacon up and put in frypan. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes; add 1/2 cup water and cover for 20 minutes.
