- 1 large pkg. (2 lb.) frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Defrost potatoes enough to separate into pieces.

2Combine all ingredients except potatoes.

3Add potatoes and spoon into 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top.

5Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
