  • 1 3/4 sticks margarine
  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 to 3 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Layer 3/4 stick of margarine, hash browns, onion, sour cream and chicken soup (mixed together) and cheese.

    Toss the corn flakes with 1 stick of margarine and use for top layer.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
