  • 1 or 1 1/2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • paprika
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced

Directions

    Thaw packaged hash browns to separate.

    Mix soup, sour cream, onion and parsley.

    Pour over hash browns.

    Garnish with paprika. Bake in 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish covered loosely at 350° for 1 hour.
