- 6 slices bacon
- 2 cups hash browns
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese, your favorite
Directions

1Fry bacon and remove from pan.

2Leave some grease and add hash browns, onion, salt and pepper if desired.

3When potatoes are browned slightly pat down.

4Beat eggs.

5Add milk, salt and pepper.

6Pour over hash brown mixture.

7Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.

8Add cheese.

9Cover and let cook over low heat 15 - 20 minutes.
