- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 c. (15 oz.) corned beef hash
- 1/2 c. ketchup
Directions

1Mix cornmeal, salt and cold water.

2Add to boiling water. Cook, stirring, until thickened.

3Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.

4Pour into 9-inch pie pan and push up on sides of pan.

5Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.

6Fill with corned beef hash.

7Pour ketchup over top and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

8Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
